Based on the above problems, our company has scientifically developed and produced a biodegradable smart toilet for RVs that does not require water flushing. It uses biodegradable technology to treat feces and sewage at the source. It has a beautiful and compact appearance and is suitable for installation and use in various RVs.
The toilet is about 55cm long and weighs about 22kg, which is easy to carry and install. Use 12V, 24V or 48V DC (no need to turn on the inverter), and the specific current requirement varies according to the voltage. The maximum daily power consumption is about 0.18 kWh, and the cost of use is low.
Before installing the toilet, be sure to check whether the product accessories are complete. Connect the power to start the toilet and check whether its function is qualified. If there is no problem, install it. Although the toilet is easy to install, it must be installed by a professional, and pay attention to safety when connecting the power. When using the installed toilet for the first time, we need to put about 1.5 kg of microbial bacteria into the pull-out degradation chamber. Then add 500 ml of clean water. In this way, we push the silo into the toilet, stir the silo evenly and it can be used.
The toilet lid and rotating seat on the top of the toilet can rotate 180 degrees. The toilet seat can be adjusted to a suitable position when in use, thus solving the problem of the narrow bathroom in the RV. The toilet uses biodegradable dry-wet separation technology to collect and treat feces and urine separately. When in use, open the shielding plate, and the feces will fall into the degradation chamber and be converted into carbon dioxide through microbial treatment. It is discharged from the bottom of the vehicle through the exhaust pipe, effectively avoiding the problem of odor and environmental pollution. Urine automatically flows into the gray water tank under the vehicle through the urinal and is diluted with sewage and then mixed and discharged.
When there is dirt on the toilet, or the toilet wall is dirty due to diarrhea.Don't worry, you can close the baffle and use the spray bottle or shower that comes with the toilet to clean it. The cleaning water will automatically flow to the gray water tank and will not enter the silo.
The toilet is equipped with automatic heating, heat preservation, and dehumidification functions. When the indicator light is on, the corresponding function will be activated. When the temperature in the toilet is low, the heating and heat preservation will be automatically activated to ensure that there is no ice in the silo and the activity of the biological bacteria. If the bacterial material is too wet, then we can start heating for dehumidification, and the heating will automatically stop when the set humidity is reached.
The toilet can be used by two people continuously for about a month, and the bacterial material can be replaced once. When replacing the bacterial material, the pull-out degradation chamber is more convenient. Open the hatch, pull out the degradation chamber, and dump it at the roots of trees, the edge of the field, or the trash can. Because the product after degradation is not a pollutant, but organic fertilizer, it can also be saved as fertilizer for your own vegetable garden.
